Delivery in Australia is by Express post at a cost of $10.00

The most popular method of ordering is to do it securely through the website.

Orders will be dispatched within two working days once payment is accepted (subject to stock availability), remote locations may take longer. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service.

Delivery outside Australia

Delivery is via International Australia Registered Air Mail Post, and must be signed for at delivery address.

Asia/Pacific:
Up to 4 items AUD $16
Up to 8 items AUD $21

Europe/UK:
Up to 4 items AUD $20
Up to 8 items AUD $35

USA:
Up to 4 items AUD $20
Up to 8 items AUD $30

Loss or damage is very rare.When it does happen the order is replaced at our expense.All we ask is that you return the damaged items marked 'return to sender'.For further information please contact us.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return your Sandt order, you can send it back to us with proof of purchase within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.This does not include sale items

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for an exchange or refund to be processed. Please ship items and receipt / invoice to:

Please make sure you get a receipt from your post office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.

Exchanges will be made promptly upon receipt of the merchandise (subject to stock availability). A note must be included clearly stating details of the exchange or reasons for the refund.

Please note, all exchanges and refunds not due to quality, must be sent with a self-addressed pre-paid envelope.
